Zucchini, Halloumi and Asparagus Slice Recipe
Itās certainly true that nourishing my body looks different in this season. Iāve come to eat more intuitively and banish good and bad vocabulary when it comes to fuelling myself. Our bodies are these amazing complex machines that run in such a spiffy and seamless manner majority of the time. Why not honour that and refuse to label food as occasional or indulgent? As a younger teen I would micro manage my eating habits. I suffered from an eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa. I can honestly say that freedom from restrictive eating is the best Iāve experienced- I feel so privileged to be able to enjoy meals once again and see them for what they are.

ABURI BOTANICAL GARDENS (GHANA)
So on Thursday (the day before Good Friday), my family planned a pre- Easter trip. The purpose of this trip was to go eat Fufu at a popular restaurant at Aburi (no jokeš) and visit the botanical gardens. We spent almost 3 hours exploring (all by ourselves) and taking lots of pictures. The Gardens has big beautiful trees(both exotic and indigenous) and lawns. It is a great spot for picnics, photoshoots, nature lovers, campers, explores, newlyweds, and an ideal place to relax and clear your head.
Five Books I rated 5 Stars
I love reading fiction. More specifically, romantic fiction and chick-lit. I know, I know it's not the most exciting to read and can be very mundane and cliche. That's why this summer I decided to widen my literature range. I discovered new and exciting authors and I definitely won't be going back to chick-lit for the time being (even if it is easy-reading and heartwarming). DISCLAIMER: This blog post includes spoilers! Below, are five books (not chick-lit, you shall be pleased to know) that I thought were truly remarkable. They have all been published fairly recently, maybe one day I will give myself the challenge of branching out to classical novels!

Mental Health Awareness Week: My Story
Hello! It's been over a month since I last posted, but I'm back, ready to continue to try and help with breaking the stigma of mental health, conveniently lined up with Mental Health Awareness Week. I figured that to kick off the week I'd share with you what my experiences with mental health struggles have been like and why I'm now an advocate for it. Iām sitting here writing this blog post after having felt a sudden wave of emotion this morning. A wave that hit me like a ton of bricks, completely unexpectedly. Today marks my Mumās birthday. Back To Life, Back To Reality: Thoughts On LIfe After The Pandemic
lt's funny isn't it... We've spent roughly a year of what has been suggested as to be something other than "normal life" because it's not the life we once lived prior to the pandemic. The life where we had all the freedom and joys of going where we wanted, spending time with the people we love, and hugging people freely. What we've lived for the past year being named as the "new normal" but not one that we want to stick around. Or do we?

Reflecting On The Past Year
Yes, 2020 has given us a pandemic, and it's been really shit in parts. A lot of people have unfortunately lost their lives all over the world from Covid-19, on top of all the other health problems that strike. It's been a year of global uncertainty in more ways than one. It's been one HELL of a rollercoaster, and continues to be right up until the end and into 2021. However, it's also been a lot more than just the negatives.
Let's Talk About Grief
Everyone experiences grief differently, but here I explain the general process and parts of grief that we may experience at different times after losing a loved one, a relationship, or something else we love.
