Mental health is the state of our psychological, emotional, cognitive, behavioural and social well-being. In simpler terms, it is the state of our mental well-being. Mental health is a serious concern. It affects the way we feel, think and react. It should be addressed and not stigmatized. Improper knowledge about it promotes negligence and a challenge to one's mental health. Proper knowledge helps in detecting threats to one's own mental health as well as to the people they are surrounded with.
Gratitude is a sense of thankfulness which is crucial in everybody's life. There are so many things in life, we are ungrateful for. But, we often forget that their are people who struggle every single day, to get over their vulnerabilities. Stop comparing your lives with others. Instead of cribbing about things you don't have, be grateful for things you are blessed with. Gratitude changes the way we look at life.
